Are You Stressed? The Signs And Symptoms That Indicate Stress.


Stress is the emotional or mental strain that one faces due to adverse circumstances. 33% of adults on a global scale experience stress (at high levels) at some or the other point of time. When you go through stress in small doses, it gives you the motivation to perform better and be in your best form. However, when you feel stressed constantly, both your body and mind end up paying the price for your panic-stricken emergency mode.
